Activities eligible for BOI promotion.

It is commonly known that the Thai government provides incentives to businesses operating in selected industries in an effort to decentralise Thailand’s industrial base and attract investments from both foreign and local entrepreneurs.

Incentives can be both tax and non-tax related and largely depend on the particular business activity. But what are the promoted industries? Let’s find out. This article sets out to provide a basic breakdown of eligible industries and activities for BOI promotion in Thailand (for a more detailed list, visit the government’s website).
